Administrivia – 6/16/09

shuckcorn* Hopefully by now you’ve seen the big announcement: The Laid Off Diary and its diarist have joined Law Shucks. It seemed like a natural fit. Until now, we’ve been purely clinical about law firm layoffs. Going forward, we will learn what the experience has been like for one of the more than 10,000 people laid off by major law firms.

* In the course of preparing the new page for Laid Off Diary, we learned a little WordPress trick and put it to use. There are now separate pages for This Week in Layoffs and The Month in Layoffs under the Layoff Tracker. Those pages will always be current with the full archive of the respective article series.

* We updated the main Layoff Tracker page. The June chart has gone live. April has moved off to the historical charts page.
