Deidre Dare Turns to Oldest Profession

Deidre Dare is a blogger’s dream.  She’s the former Allen & Overy associate who was fired for writing erotica.  First, we got to write about her when the story broke.  Then, she preemptively announced that if she was fired, she’d fight it.  Then she actually was fired.  Bitter Lawyer sat down with her to get her take on the hullabaloo.  She eventually did sue (for something like $6 million), but that doesn’t seem to have gone anywhere.

Now she’s outdone herself.

The former project-finance senior associate says, ”like most of us in hard-hit Russia these days, this lady is definitely experiencing bolshoi cash flow problems.”

Her solution after the jump.  Trust us, you’ll want to see it.

According to an article in The Moscow News (HT: RollOnFriday), Ms. Dare has decided to become a “high class whore” to raise some capital.

Faced with daunting bills and no lawyerly income, she went back to the well.  Apparently, it’s not even the first time she’s considered prostitution.  She used it as a passive-aggressive way of getting her father to pay for a bar-review course many years ago.

This time, she came up with a list of nine alternate ways to pay the rent – most of which are either illegal, illicit, or unlikely, depending on her skills and the jurisdiction.

She failed at all of those.

So she turned to her friends, hoping for an “It’s a Wonderful Life” moment.  That didn’t work out too well, either.  She’s off to buy some whorish garb.

“In the meantime, if you want to spend the night with [her], it will cost you $2,500 (that includes breakfast in bed)… “

You can reach her through her blog.

[By the way, we can't wait to see what sort of perverted spam this post is going to attract from the pervbots]
