• Asda IP dispute hits delay due to Pinsents’ Xmas shelf-stacking duties – Legalweek – It's not that uncommon for inhouse counsel to have to show some solidarity with the rank and file (e.g., Home Depot lawyers all have orange aprons in their offices, Coke lawyers ride delivery trucks, etc.), but this is the first we've heard of outside counsel doing actual work at a client's facility.
