Bysiewicz Drops Objection, Transcripts Released

by lawshucks on April 7, 2010

Yesterday we wrote about White & Case veteran Susan Bysiewicz’s struggles to qualify as a candidate for Connecticut Attorney General. She was objecting to the release of deposition video and transcripts about whether she met the requirement of ten years’ practice as a lawyer.

She’s dropped her objection and CT News Junkie has transcripts.

There’s plenty of amusing back and forth on what it means to be a lawyer, and the person doing the deposition seems to think that it all has to do with courtroom appearances.

Pore over it and let us know what you find!
