What I was really getting at is that his sweet spot is law student issues and "look what this idiot lawyer did" types of stories. When it comes to the finer points of law firm life that would be relevant to sr. associates/partners, the only insights on ATL come from that rare person who bothers to make a serious comment, and you have to mine through 100+ inane schticks to find it. As for the lack of posts per day, we're working on it. We've started using posterous so we can submit posts by email but it still requires re-formatting when it hits wordpress. ATL doesn't do this kind of thing well, because Elie was a freaking hack in biglaw and doesn't know what he's talking about, and it shows.
